Avoid long sittings to save your heart!

Long sittings can cause heart attack. Lack of physical activity and unhealthy eating are major reasons responsible for causing heart attacks. Dr. Chauncey Crandall suggested people to avoid long hours of sittings to keep their heart healthy. Dr. Crandall encouraged people to follow a workout regime to stay healthy.
